No. Anyone can book on openct.co from a browser. The app gives them a better discovery feed, their ticket wallet, and the tribe afterwards — but it's optional.
Yes. Cancelling a gathering triggers automatic refunds to everyone who booked, settling in 5–7 business days. Venue cancellations follow the policy the venue set, and refunds are handled by openCT rather than between the two of you.
